         In the interest of academic work and developing corporate life on the campus there sidence of students in one of the institute hostels in necessary. Exemption will be given to student say in very special circumstance and for those expelled from the hostels, such exemption can be granted only by the Principal. Hostel Maintenance charges are payable by the students even through they may be exempted form compulsory stay in the hostels. Hostel seat rent is refunded at the end of the session to those under graduate students staying with the parents and granted exemption from compulsory stay in the hostels.          Such students should name their local guardians and get a declaration from them in the prescribed form. There are separate hostels for the girls and boys. Each hostel has its own kitchen, dining room and common room/block. Hostel messes are run on co-operative basis.
i. No girls students will be allowed single seated accommodation. The accommodation will be double or multiple bedded.
 
ii. Boys hostels are located closed to the main college building. The girls hostels are located in exclusive flats in residential area in Mandideep. This arrangement is made with a view to ensure safety and security for girls. A women staff member is designated as warden for girls hostel.
2.2 Procedure for Admission to Hostel :
 
For the students on the rolls, the procedure is as follows :
 
1. All the students seeking admission to the hostel should fill up the hostel admission form.
 
2. The hostel allotment will be made after declaration of admission and on submission of form. The allotment will be made in single. Double or more bedded room as will be available.
 
3. All hostel allotment will be done by the wardens.
 
4. If the three seated room is converted into two seated or single seated, the students residing in the room will be charged depending upto the number of student students in the room.
